Ballet Fitness

Progressing Ballet Technique

A revolutionary method developed by an

Australian dancer designed to train young ballet students and to assist in the rehabilitation of dancers with injuries.

It incorporates exercises with balls of different sizes, as well as flexi bands, to also target the stabilisers.

This method is now also very popular amongst non-dancers, as it strengthens the deep muscles, improves coordination & body control and relieves back pain among other things. Also a great support in recovering from injuries as well as injury prevention.

Classes are also held online.

Sleek Technique

Sleek Technique is a revolutionary fitness method developed by two British professional dancers. It is perfect for online classes.

This workout uses ballet techniques to achieve a unique full body workout. The focus of this training method is on flexibility, endurance and strength and developing long and lean rather than bulky muscles.

Have you always admired these qualities in professional dancers? Then Sleek Technique is your opportunity to achieve these elements in a perfectly designed fitness programme.

This technique can be learned in workshops as well as private lessons. Many of these courses take place online.

Stretch Out

Do you sit in a static position in front of the screen for a long time? Do you spend many hour at school or doing homework?

Release tension and gently stretch all muscle groups to achieve a better and healthier posture, gradually gain more mobility and increase physical and mental well-being.

Stretching gets the metabolism going, makes joints and muscles more supple, but also has a positive effect on the psyche, with headaches and often makes tension disappear into thin air.

Group classes, but also private or online lessons.
